Individual counseling will be focused on positive self-awareness, on identifying self-determined goals that have heart and meaning for you. Diving deep, I will assist in articulating your personal needs and wants.
Relationship/couples therapy offers a safe and supportive environment with an unbiased, caring professional to help reduce conflict, negotiate fairly, and understand your partner’s emotions in order to grow your relationship with one another and facilitate deeper commitment. I will utilize various relationship models, focusing on restoring the emotional bonds of intimacy that are at the heart of every successful relationship while addressing vulnerabilities, unhealthy dynamics, and communication breakdowns.
